生精益气汤治疗精液异常不育症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生精益气汤治疗精液异常不育症的临床疗效。方法:将120例精液异常不育症患者随机分为两组,对照组60例给予口服黄精赞育胶囊治疗;治疗组60例煎服生精益气汤治疗,疗程均为90d。结果:临床总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为83.33%,精液各项参考指标两组治疗后,差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗前后差异有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:生精益气汤治疗精液异常不育症疗效显著,可明显提高精子数量、活力及成活率。Objective： to observe the effect of the decoetion for producing sperm and tonifying qi to treat dysspermia infertility. Method： 120 eases were divided into 2 groups randomly. The control was treated in Huangjingzanyu capsules and the treatment in the decoetion for producing sperm and tonifying qi. The course of treatment was 90 d. Result： the total effeetive rate was 86.67% in treatment and 83.33% in control. There was not difference between treatment and control. Conclusion： the decoction for producing sperm and tonifying qi has the significant effect to treat dysspermia infertility and raise the spermatozoa quantity, vigor and survival rate.
