摘　　要：随着DNA测序技术的发展,叶绿体DNA序列分析被广泛应用于药用植物鉴定和品质研究等方面。本文介绍了近年来叶绿体DNA序列分析在植物系统学和药用植物研究中的应用,认为其在药用植物品种鉴定和伪品鉴别、保护种质资源以及扩大新药源等领域有广阔的应用前景。With the development of DNA sequeneing technology, Chloroplast DNA sequence analysis has been applied in many aspects of medicinal plants research. This paper reviewed the main applications of Chloroplast DNA sequence analysis in research of plant systematics and identification research of medicinal plants. In addition, there will be a vast range of prospects for applying it in herb breed identification, separating genuine herbs from false ones, protecting wild resources and discovering new herbal sources.
