摘　　要：ABO母儿血型不合在产科较为常见,高危妊娠孕妇中占相当高的比例,对本病的预防和治疗非常重要。临床治疗包括孕前期防治及孕期防治,具体有中医治疗、西医治疗、中西医结合治疗以及宫内输血等治疗方法。本病重在孕期及早检查、及早发现、及早治疗,根据病情选择合理有效的防治方法,其中中医药治疗临床疗效显著,且对母儿健康无影响,易于被广大育龄妇女接受。ABO mother-fetal blood group incompatibility is the common disease in maternity department and has the fairly high proportion in high risk pregnancy. The clinical treatment includes progestation and duration of pregnancy prevention and cure, such as Chinese medicine treatment, westen medicine treatment and intrauterine transfusion. The emphasis is early examination, early discovery and early treatment, The Chinese medicine treatment has the predominance clinical curative effect and easy to accept by childbearing age women.
