析我国农业保险实施的现状及中央财政介入后的改进措施

摘　　要：2007年国家财政首次大规模补贴农业保险,在我国农业保险史上完成了一个历史性跨越。但是与发达国家相比,我国农业保险进程相对缓慢、体系建立也不完善,目前依然存在很多问题。本文就目前制约农业保险进一步发展的主客观因素进行分析,提出了政策性意见。State finance subsidized the agricultural insurance in large-scale for the first time in 2007, which has completed a historical spanning in the history of agriculture insurance of our country. However, compared with developed countries, the process of China＇ s agricultural insurance develops slowly relatively. The establishment of the system is incomplete either. Many problems still exist at present. The paper analyzes the objective and subjective factors that constrain on the further development of the agricultural insurance. At last, the paper advances the policy advice.
