摘 要:1992年,美国友邦保险公司在上海开业后,给中国寿险业带来了全新的营销制度——个人代理人制度。个人代理制度迎合了寿险业追求快速数量扩张的要求,给中国保险业带来了巨大的成就。然而,个人代理制度又给中国190万保险代理人带来了什么?本文基于对武汉十家寿险公司保险代理人生存状况的实证调查,得出寿险个人代理人制度在保险代理人法律定位问题上的不合理性,并对此提出了政策性意见。本文以保险代理人的生存状况为研究的切入点,与历来专家学者的研究角度不同,是本文的创新之处。American insurance association brought China personal insurance agency system after it started its subsidiary in Shanghai in 1992. Personal insurance agency system has met the life insurance' s demand of quick extention and played an important role in insurance's great achievements in China. However, what did personal insurance agency system bring to insurance agent.9 The paper concludes that the legal status of insurance agent is unreasonable, and promoted some policy suggestions. The paper analysed the insurance agent system on the basis of the agent' living conditions,which is different from other experts and scholars, and that' s the paper' s innovation.
