生化汤合失笑散加减治疗早孕药物流产不全46例  

46 Cases of early incomplete abortion by the drug treatment of Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis combined with Powder for Dissipating Blood Stasis

摘　　要：目的:观察生化汤合失笑散加减治疗早孕药物流产不全的疗效。方法:予早孕药物流产不全患者中阴道流血已净者在经期服用生化汤合失笑散加减,经后复查B超。结果:治愈44例,占95.7%;无效2例,占4.3%。结论:生化汤合失笑散加减治疗早孕药物流产不全疗效确切,减少了清宫率。Objective：To observe the curative effect of earlyincomPlete abortion by drugs by the treatment of Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis combined with Powder for Dissipating Blood Stasis, Method： The patients with early incomplete abortion by drugs were given Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis combined with Powder for Dissipating Blood Stasis after colporrhagia cleared. Then they were given B supersonic wave examination. Resuhs： There were 44 cases （95.7%） cured, 2 cases （4.3%） invalided. Conclusion： Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis combined with Powder for Dissipating Blood Stasis could treat early incomplete abortion by drugs effectively and decreased hystera clearance rate.
