补肾健脾 解毒活血法治疗慢性乙型肝炎86例

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾健脾、解毒活血法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将86例慢性乙型肝炎患者采用补肾健脾、解毒活血法治疗3个疗程,然后观察临床症状、体征、肝功能指标、乙肝病毒复制指标。结果:临床症状体征均有不同程度的改善,肝功能复常率为51.16%,HBeAg,HBV—DNA病毒复制指标转阴率39.53%。结论:补肾健脾、解毒活血法是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效治法之一。Objective：To observe the curative effect of chronic HB by the method of invigorating the kidney and spleen, disintoxicating and promoting blood flow. Methods： 86 patients were treated by the method of invigorating the kidney and spleen, disintoxicating and promoting blood flow for 3 courses. Then to observe the clinical symptom, physical sign, index of Liver function, index of hepatovirus replication. Results： The symptom and physical sign improved, recovery rate of liver function was 51.16%, negative rate of HBeAg, HBV-DNA viral replication index was 39.53%. Conclusion： The method of invigorating the kidney and spleen, disintoxicating and promoting blood flow can treat chronic HB effectively.
