中药内服外敷治疗急性胃痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服外敷治疗急性胃痛的疗效。方法:将80例急性胃痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组内服中药胃痛散,同时于上脘、中脘、神阙、内关穴处外敷中药镇痛灵;对照组口服654-2片。观察两组止痛效果、口干、心慌等不良反应。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,治疗组在止痛效果、不良反应、疼痛缓解持续时间方面明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外敷治疗急性胃痛疗效好,止痛时间持久,不易反复,无不良反应。Objective： To observe the curative effect of acute gastrodynia by the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for oral use and outside spreading. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given Weitongsan for oral use and Zhentongling for outside spreading at Shangwan, Zhongwan, Shenque, Neiguan point. Control group were given 654-2 for oral use. Then to observe the adverse effect of the two groups, such as the effect of odynolysis, dry mouth, panicky. Results： Treatment group was better than control group in odynolysis effect, adverse effect, persistence time of easement of pain. The differences bad significance. Conclusion： The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for oral use and outside spreading can treat acute gastrodynia safely and effectly.
