从公共图书馆开展公益培训活动谈起

摘　　要：为了更好地推动公共图书馆公益培训服务向前发展,真正达到公益、有效的服务效果,2007年广州图书馆利用本馆良好的技术条件,尝试为包括盲人在内的社会弱势群体开展免费的计算机知识培训活动,并取得了良好的服务效果。以广州图书馆开展培训实践工作中获得的经验为例,分析了现代公益培训服务在当今公共图书馆存的必要性,探讨了现代公益培训服务所产生的社会作用和影响。In order to promote socially useful training activities of the public library move forwardand achieve the service effect of social usefulness and effectiveness, Guangzhou Library made good use of its technical conditions in 2007 attempting to carry out free training activity on computer knowledge for the social disadvantaged groups including blind persons, and has made the good service effect. Taking the experiences obtained in the actual training work of Guangzhou Library as the example, this paper discusses the necessity of the existence of socially useful training service in today＇s public library, and probes into the social effects and influences of the the experience elaboration which obtains by in this hall this development＇s training practice work is an example, aspects and so on social function which, influence in the socially useful training service.
