摘　　要：随着网络技术环境的形成,图书馆参考咨询工作的服务方式、服务手段、服务内容等都发生了巨大变革。而且参考咨询工作已经进入了开展数字化参考咨询服务的现代化轨道。Along with the formation of the network technology environment, the service mode, service facility and service content of library＇s reference work have been greatly changed, and the reference work has entered the modernization orbit of developing the digital reference service.
