丹参水溶性有效部位群与丹酚酸B对去卵巢大鼠血脂的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种丹参水溶性有效部位群与其主要成分丹酚酸B等对去卵巢大鼠血脂水平的调节作用。方法:40只SD雌性大鼠随机分为5组,每组8只,以去卵巢大鼠为血脂紊乱模型,预防用药90天,观察以上3种丹参制剂分别对大鼠血脂谱各值以及体重、肝脏、子宫重量等的影响。结果:与假手术组比,去卵巢组大鼠体重、总胆固醇(Total cholesterol;TC)明显升高(P<0.01、P<0.05),甘油三酯(Total triglycerides;TG)升高不明显,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High density lipoprotein cholesterol;HDL-c)和子宫重量显著下降(P<0.01、P<0.05);与去卵巢组相比,3个丹参药物预防组可显著降低TC和TG水平、升高HDL-c水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),对体重、子宫重量没有显著影响。结论:两种丹参水溶性有效部位群与丹酚酸B能有效降低去卵巢大鼠血脂,其主要成分丹酚酸B在其中有确切的药理学作用。Objective：To study the regulatory effects of the active fraction of Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Salvianolic Acid B on the blood-lipid spectrum of ovariectomized rats. Methods ： 40 female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group （sham）, ovariectomized group （ OVX ）and three Salvia Mihiorrhiza drugs treated groups. Rat dyslipidema was induced by ovarieetomy. The levels of serum lipids and body weight, liver and uterus weight were measured after 90 days treatment. Results ： Ovariectomized rats had significantly higher total cholesterol （TC） （P〈0.05）and body weight （P〈0.01）after 90 days of treatment compared to Sham group. A significant decrease in high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） （ P〈0.01 ）and uterus weight （ P〈0.05 ）were also observed though no significant elevation in triglyeride （ TG ） was reported. Three kinds of Salvia Mihiorrhiza drugs lowered serum TC （P〈0.01）,TG （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ） and enhanced HDL-C （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, and had no effect to body weight or uterus weight. Conclusion ： The active fraction of Salvia Mihiorrhiza can regulate the blood-lipid spectrum in ovariectomized rats with relation to the pharmacological effect of Salvianolic Acid B.
