摘　　要：在新形势下,高校学院资料室要重新审视自己的功能定位,探索、挖掘自己的潜能,通过基本职能的深化与扩展,不断把优化服务提升到一个新的水平,为高校学院资料室长远发展确定明确的方向,奠定坚实的基础,使其真正能为高校学院组织教学进行科研做好服务工作。Under the new trend of development, we need to reexamine the reference room of College in terms of its functional position, exploration, and recognition, and to enlarge its potential. To set a clear direction, and lay a solid foundation for the development of College, we would continuously upgrade the optimized service into a new leges.
