兴城矿泉单次浴对飞行人员眼压影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察矿泉浴对飞行人员眼压的影响方法４０例８０只眼均为健康男性飞行员，平均分为两组。甲组采用兴城矿泉水浴，乙组采用兴城淡水浴。均全身浸浴，水温均为３９～４０℃。分别于浴前１５’、浴后１５’、３０’测眼压。结果两组浴后眼压均较浴前降低，１５分钟后，眼压差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），３０分钟甲组眼压低于乙组，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００５）。结论矿泉浴对飞行人员眼压的影响明显优于淡水浴。Objective Observed the effect of mineral spring once bath on the intra-ocular pressure of aviators. Methods 40 cases,80 eyes,are all healthy,male aviators.They were equally divided into two groups(A.B).The A bathing in the mineral spring of Xingcheng;The B bathing in the fresh water of Xingcheng.The fiver degree of these water are all 39～40℃,eath eye was known the intraocular pressur at befer 15 minutes bath,after 15 minutes,30 minutes bath. Results The intra-ocular pressur of two group was all decreased than befer 15 minutes bathing.The intra-ocular pressur of two group was not difference at after 15 minutes bathing(P>0.05).The intra-ocular pressur of group A was lower than group B at 30 minutes bathing,the differenc has superior(P<0.05). Conclusions Effect of mineral spring bath on the intra-ocular pressure of aviators is superior significantly than fresh water bath
