摘  要:研究了设置折流挡板对φ10 mm×10 mm不锈钢丝网拉西环填料塔流体力学性能和传质性能的影响,重点考察了不同的板间距(以折流挡板间距H与塔径D之比表征)对压力降、传质单元高度和液相总体积吸收系数K_(X_a)的影响并与普通填料塔相比校。实验证明,压力降随着气液两相流量的增加而增加,在错流填料塔内这种增加的趋势随着H/D的减小而加剧,并且当H/D等于0.6、气量大于3.3 m^3/h(气速大于0.117 m/s)时,填料塔因压力降过大而液泛。传质单元高度在H/D等于0.8~1.2时,随着气速的增加而减小,随着H/D的增加而增加;当H/D等于0.6时,随着气速的增加而增加。K_(X_a)均随着液相流量的增加而增加,气相流量对普通填料塔的K_(X_a)几乎没有影响,但是对于错流填料塔(H/D等于1.2~0.8),气相流量增加可使K_(X_a)增加;当H/D在0.8左右时,气液两相传质效果最好;当H/D等于0.6时,随着气相流量增加,气液两相传质效果反而有所减弱。使用STATISTICA将实验数据进行回归,得出了相应的K_(X_a)经验关联式。The impact of baffle plate installation on the functions of hydromechanics and volumetric mass transfer coefficient Kxa of cross-flow tower packed with raschig ring packings were studied. The impact of different plate spacing (characterized by baffle spacing (H) to tower diameter (D) ratio H/D) on the pressure drop, height of mass transfer unit and liquidrphase volumetric mass transfer coefficient Kxa was investigated and compared with ordinary packed tower. It has been found that, the pressure drop rises with increasing flow of gas and liquid; The pressure drop is obviously increased in cross flow packed tower with reducing H/D; When HID is smaller than 0.8 and gas flow is greater than 3.3 m^3/h, flooding occurs in the cross-flow packed tower because of the excessive pressure drop. When HID is between 0.8-1.2, the height of the transfer unit decreases with the increase of gas flow and increases with the increase of H/D; When H/D is 0.6, the height of the transfer unit increases with the increase of gas flow. When liquid flow increases, Kxa of both ordinary packed tower and cross flow packed tower increases; Gas flow almost has no influence on Kxa in ordinary packed tower. But in the cross-flow packed tower(H/D = 1.2-0.8), Kxa of cross-flow packed tower increases with increasing gas flow. When H/D is 0.8, the mass transfer performance is the best. When HID is less than 0.8, Kxa of cross-flow packed tower becomes smaller with increasing gas flow. Furthermore, the corresponding Kxa correlations are worked out by application of STATISTICA software.
