摘　　要：从应力、生产过程、结构形式等方面,分析了焦炭塔裙座与塔壁焊口部分开裂的原因。根据分析结果制定相应的整改措施,并对整改后的结构形式进行强度校核。实际应用结果表明获得了预想的效果,焦炭塔裙座改造成功。The causes of cracks on some welds between the coke tower skirt and the tower wall were analyzed in respect of stress, operation process, construction, etc. Corresponding rectifying measures were developed based upon the analysis result, and the strength of the construction was checked. The operation shows that the revamp of the coke tower skirt is successful and the desired results have been achieved.
