摘  要:介绍了以改性ZSM-5分子筛和专有技术特种分子筛FH-3为酸性组分,以金属镍为加氢组分,研制开发的新型FDW-3临氢降凝催化剂。该催化剂具有活性高、低凝柴油选择性好,以及原料油适应能力强等特点,能够满足工业装置长周期稳定运转的要求。在相同操作条件下,以大庆减一线馏分油为原料时,低凝柴油收率提高4个百分点。以大庆常三线油、催化裂化柴油混合油为原料,低凝柴油收率提高2.8个百分点。FDW-3催化剂已成功应用于柴油加氢降凝工业装置,并取得了良好的效果,具有广阔的应用前景。The newly developed FDW-3 hydrodewaxing catalyst with modified ZSM-5 zeolite and proprietary special zeolite FH-3 as acid site and active nickel as hydrogenation site were introduced. The hydrodewaxing catalyst exhibits high dewaxing activity, low freezing-point diesel selectivity and good adaptability to different feedstocks, which can meet requirements for long-term operation of commercial plants. In treating vacuum 1st side-draw stream of Daqing crude and the mixture of atmospheric 3rd side-draw stream and FCC LCO of Daqing crude, the pilot plant evaluations showed that low freezing-point diesel yield of FDW-3 catalyst was 4 and 2.8 percent points higher than those of reference catalyst widely used in industries for the same feedstock and at the same operating conditions respectively. FDW-3 catalyst has been successfully applied in the commercial unit in Shanxi Yanchang Petroleum (Group) Co. , Ltd and good results have been achieved. Therefore the application prospect is prosperous.
