摘  要:详细介绍了降低催化裂化再生烟气中SOx,NOx和CO助剂的作用机理及其最新技术进展。结果表明:CO助燃剂的助燃效果不仅取决于在载体上Pt的负载量,而且还取决于Pt的分散度、载体的类型以及耐磨性和密度等特性;迄今有关SOx转移剂及其应用技术的专利超过100件,取得了很好的应用成效;洛阳石油化工工程公司的降低催化裂化再生烟气中污染物三效助剂LAT-1和北京三聚环保新材料股份公司的硫转移、脱氮、助燃三功能助剂FP-DSN在降低烟气中SOx和CO的同时,也实现了NOx含量的降低。The working mechanisms and latest development of additives for reduction of SOx, NOx and CO in FCCU flue gas are described in detail. The CO combustion promoter' s performance is determined not only by the amount of Pt on the carrier but also by Pt dispersion and types, abrasion resistance and density of the carrier. Up to now, there are more than 100 authorized active patents on SOx transfer additives and their applications and good results have been achieved in their commercial application. The tri-function additive LAT- 1 developed by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation and tri-function additive FP-DSN for sulfur transfer, denitrigenation and combustion promotion can effectively reduce the SOx, CO and NOx in flue gas.
