摘　　要：目的总结ＵＢＩＯ疗法开展十年来的现状和存在的问题，以利更好的应用于临床。方法查阅临床资料，结合实际工作对该疗法进行总结分析。结果ＵＢＩＯ疗法用以治疗除先天性以外的各种疾病有效。结论ＵＢＬＯ疗法为治疗学上增加了一个有效的手段，有广阔的发展前景，存在的问题仍须探索解决。Objective We have achieved great swuess in derelioing UBIO for years.Object is sum up experience and discovering problems,in order to UBIO is used better. Methods Collecting inside and outside the country medical means and clinecal experience going on summarization after. Results We have sadded an effective method to thetapentics when we use UBIO to treat vatious diseases exupt congenital ones. Conclusions UBIO methods is very efficacious means.But we must to aware that there still remain many guestions to be explored.
