摘　　要：目的：探讨手术治疗静脉型Klippel-Trenaunay综合征（KTS）的方法及效果。方法：12例静脉型KTS患者术前均行双下肢静脉造影显示深静脉通畅,无缺如或阻塞,其中4例下肢外侧单纯静脉曲张行曲张静脉剥脱术及分支结扎术,8例静脉弥漫扩张者应用驱血带和止血带的方法行大小隐静脉高位结扎加曲张静脉切除及交通支结扎术。结果：术后随访3个月-3年,曲张静脉全部消失,无复发,肢体酸胀、疼痛消失,无肢体肿胀及坏死。结论：深静脉功能正常或轻中度异常的静脉型KTS行曲张静脉剥脱分支结扎术,大小隐静脉高位结扎、局部浅静脉切除及交通支结扎,并应用驱血带和止血带方法可减轻症状,取得比较满意效果。Objective：To investigate methods and effect of treatment of vein-type Klippel-Trenannay syndrome （KTS）. Methods： Preoperative angiography in all 12 vein-type KTS patients showed that deep vein patency, no absent , no obstruction in both lower extremity. Four of these patients which were simply lower limb extralateral varices were operated by varicotomy and varicosity branches ligation. Eight patients which diffuse-expansion type were applicated blood drive belt and tourniquet method and via high level ligation of great and small saphenous vein with varicose vein removal and ligation of perforating veins. Results：The patients were followed up for 3 months to 3 years, all of varicose veins disappeared without recurrence, extremities stiff and the pain disappeared,no limbs swelling and necrosis. Conclusion： Vein-type KTS which have normal or mild to moderate abnormal function in deep venous, and were via varicotomy and varicosity branches ligation, high level ligation of saphenous vein, partial superficial vein varicotomy and ligation of perforating veins , application of blood drive belt and tourniquet, can reduce symptoms and obtain relatively satisfactory results.
