摘　　要：目的:探讨不同类别院校大学生心理健康状况的差异。方法:对沈阳市四种不同类型高校大学生进行SCL-90症状自评量表无记名问卷调查。结果:沈阳市大学生整体心理健康状况差于同龄青年,总体心理问题检出率为25.59%;学校类别不同,心理障碍的状况也有所不同,四类高校间,艺术类院校学生整体心理健康状况最好,文科类大学生SCL-90各因子分高于理科类。结论:应有针对性地开展心理健康教育,努力提高大学生的心理健康水平。Objective：To discuss about the differences of the students＇ mental health condition in various categories of universities.Method： SCL-90 symptom unregistered self-evaluate questionnaire survey was carried out to the students from four categories of universities in Shenyang. Results： Much more problems were found in college students than other youngsters of similar age in Shenyang.The positive rate of SCL-90 was 22.59%（having mental health problems）.Mental health conditions vary in different categories of universities.Among four categories,students from Art academies were mentally healthier than the others,and students from Liberal Art academies were better than those from Science institutions.Conclusion：To improve the standards of college students＇ mental health,pointed education should be carried out.
