摘 要:作为一种集快速凝固、半固态加工和近终成形加工于一体的新型材料制备方法,多层喷射沉积技术及其应用受到了广泛的关注。简要介绍与回顾了喷射沉积技术及其致密化的原理、特点及其发展历史,总结了适于喷射沉积多孔材料塑性变形的基本规律,重点介绍了大尺寸喷射沉积坯料的后续致密化加工的研究进展,并对今后的发展方向进行了探讨与展望。The spray deposition technique and its application have attracted extensive interest in recent years as a novel materials processing method integrated with rapid solidification, semi-solid processing and near net-shape forming. The principle, characteristics of the spray deposition and densification technology as well as their development are briefly introduced and reviewed, the deforming theory suiting for porous spray deposited materials is summarized, the progress of subsequent densification processing for spray deposited is introduced mainly , the development direction in future is proposed.
