均匀设计在棉秆皮纤维化学脱胶中的应用

摘　　要：依据GB 5889-86对棉秆皮的化学成分进行了测定,采用均匀试验设计方法对棉秆皮的化学脱胶工艺进行了分析研究,通过对试验结果进行多元线性回归分析,得出化学脱胶最优工艺参数:NaOH浓度13 g/L,煮炼时间76 min,多聚磷酸钠用量3%,Na2SO3用量2%.According to GB 5889-86 to test the chemical composition of cotton stalk bast,this paper studies the chemical degumming of cotton stalk bast by uniform design, mading linear regression to the results by SPSS and solving it by DPS. The optimal technical parameters is finally acquired.
