摘　　要：缩水率是衡量织物内在质量的重要指标,预缩率的稳定性则是衡量预缩机性能优越的关键.对影响织物预缩率稳定性的相关工艺参数如温度、湿度、张力等进行了探讨和分析,并在实践中对重要工艺参数在线监控,从而大大提高了预缩机的织物缩率稳定性,并提高了机器的综合效益.Shrinkage rate is an important index for balancing the inner quality of fabric,and the pre-shrinkage stability is the key for balancing the performance of preshrinkage machine, this article has discussed and analyzed several related processing parameters impacting on the shrinkage rate stability such as temperature,humidity and tension, etc. In practice, some important processing parameters are controlled on line, hence it greatly improves the stability of pre-shrinking machine, and also improves the comprehensive efficiency of pre-shrinking machine.
