甘露聚糖肽预防儿童单纯性肾病综合征复发作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甘露聚糖肽对预防儿童单纯型肾病综合征(SNS)复发的作用及对患者免疫力的影响。方法:196例SNS患儿被随机分为甘露聚糖治疗组和泼尼松对照组,对照组单纯应用糖皮质激素泼尼松治疗,治疗组加用甘露聚糖肽片10mg,每日3次。连续用药直至完全停用糖皮质激素后停用。在应用中长程泼尼松治疗缓解的半年到1年内观察T淋巴细胞亚群比例、IgG、IgA含量,并观察复发率。结果:甘露聚糖肽治疗组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4阳性百分率、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgA含量明显较对照组升高,复发率较对照组减少。结论:甘露聚糖肽对长期使用激素造成的免疫能力低下有一定改善作用,减少了SNS的复发。Objective：To observe the preventive effect of Mannatide on recrudescence and the immune function of Simple nephritic syndrome（SNS）.Methods：196 Children with SNS were separated to mannatide treatment group and prednisone control group randomly：control group were treated with prednisone only,and observing group were treated with Hormone and Mannatide Tablets（10 mg,Tid）.Mannatide were stopped at the time stopping prednisone.we observed the recrudescence,T-cell subpopulation and the levels of plasma immunoglobulin（Ig） of them with prednisone in mid-to-long term therapy within half to a years after completely released.Results：The recrudescence,of SNS in observing group was markedly slower than that in control group.T-cell subpopulation CD4,CD4/CD8,and the levels of plasma IgG,IgA was significantly increased than that in control group.Conclusion：Mannatide Tablets can be helpful in improving immune function of children with SNS because of using hormone,and diminish their recrudescence.
