摘  要:考察了平行纹理、螺旋线纹理以及多方向纹理钢盘偶件对尼龙PA1010摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:钢盘表面呈螺旋线纹理时的摩擦系数最大,摩擦温升最高,磨损量也明显高于其它2种摩擦副;试验后尼龙环的磨损表面均表现出磨料磨损特征;与螺旋线纹理钢盘对摩后尼龙环的表面粗糙度增大,而与平行纹理钢盘及多方向纹理钢盘对摩后的表面粗糙度减小.Friction and wear behavior of nylon rubbing against steel disc with different texture directions were investgated. The results indicate that friction coefficient, friction temperature and wear rate of couple using helix texture steel disc as counterpart were higher than those of the other two. Abrasive wear was the primary mechanism of three couples. The roughness of nylon surface increased after rubbing against helix texture steel disc, but the result was converse for that when rubbing against parallel and multidirectional texture steel discs.
