长春市城市空间结构演化机制及调控路径

摘　　要：城市空间结构是城市经济、社会等要素的空间分布及其组合。本文以长春市为研究对象,回顾了长春市城市空间结构的演化轨迹,划分六个发展阶段,认为因子促生-支撑、产业催化-带动以及政府调控-引导是驱动长春市城市空间结构演化的主要机制。分析了长春市城市空间结构发展的现状特征及存在的主要问题。并从培育城市南部"副中心"、强化城市地域功能结构调整、推进中心城区的空间轴向扩展以及构建城市空间优化的支撑系统等方面提出了长春市城市空间结构调整与优化的调控对策。Based on the characteristics of the urban spatial structure adjustment of Changchun, and contrasting with other vice-province cities, this article analyses the problems existing in the urban spatial structure adjustment of Changchun with the theories about urban economics, urban geography and urban planning, and adopting the practical study way. Referencing the new urban planning of Changchun and the experiences of other regions, this article also gives the countermeasures and suggestions to the urban spatial structure adjustment of Changchun, form the choice of urban space expansion mode, optimizing of area function structural and the advancing of urban regionalization.
