摘  要:制备不同P、Al、Cr含量的Thermo-Span合金,研究了磷对其持久性能的影响.结果表明,在1093℃固溶处理后,一种含磷相在合金的晶界和晶内析出;在1160℃固溶处理后,晶界上的含磷相消失,但是仍有少量在晶内析出.磷对合金持久性能的影响决定于其存在状态.当磷局部过度偏析而导致含磷相析出时,合金的持久寿命显著降低;当磷以原子态在局部适度偏聚时,合金的持久寿命显著提高.The behavior of phosphorus in the Thermo-Span alloy in which the addition of AI and Cr was modified was studied. The phosphorus bearing phase was observed both in the grain interior and at the grain boundaries when the alloy was solutioned at 1093℃. The phosphorus bearing phase was largely dissolved when the alloy was solutioned at 1160℃, leaving only a small amount in the grain interior. The influence of phosphorus on the stress rupture properties was determined by the existing state of phosphorus in the alloy. Phosphorus largely reduced the stress rupture life when it caused the precipitation of the phosphorus-bearing phase, while it increased the stress rupture life of the alloys when it was concentrated at the defects such as grain boundaries or dislocations.
