尿NAG测定对流行性出血热和肺心病病程转归的监测

摘　　要：49例流行性出血热患者中少尿期13例,尿NAG活力比正常值增高3.6倍;多尿期28例,尿NAG活力增高1.8倍;恢复期8例,尿NAG活力正常。37例肺心病患者中急性加重期26例,尿NAG活力增高3.3倍,缓解期11例,尿NAG活力正常。提示测定尿NAG对上述两种疾病病程转归的监测有一定价值。妊娠中毒症和各类肾脏疾病患者的尿NAG活力也有不同程度的增高。ABSTRACT Among 49 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever, urinary NAG in 13 patients in oliguric phase was 3. 6 times higher than control valuc, in 28 cases in diuretic phase was 1. 8 times and in 8 convalescent patients showed no change. Among 37 cases of cor pulmonale, urinary NAG in 26 cases of acute exacerbation was 3. 3 times higher than that of control, and in 11 cases in remission showed normal. These results indicated that urinary NAG activity was of value for monitoring above diseases. Urinary NAG activity also increased in various degrees in toxemia of pregnancy and several renal diseases.
