摘 要:对三维多向编织复合材料圆管相贯型接头进行材料设计。从采用微观力学反算法确定组分材料性能出发,由刚度平均化方法基于单胞模型确定复合材料的本构特性,利用Patran/M arc对炭/环氧三维多向编织复合材料圆管相贯型接头的承载性能进行有限元应力分析,讨论细观结构形式和编织角对接头结构受力变形行为的影响。结果表明,大编织角三维六向编织复合材料的特性更接近各向同性,有利于提高接头的承载性能均衡性,该分析方法和结果为三维异型整体多向编织复合材料结构的材料设计提供参考。The intersecting tubular joint with 3D multidirectional braided composite was designed. Based on material properties determined by inverse micromechanics method, constitutive characteristics of the composite were determined by using stiffness average method and single cell model. Finite element analysis on the loading properties of intersecting tubular joint with carbon/epoxy 3D multidirectional braided composite was carried out through Patran/Marc software. The effects of microstructure pattern and braiding angle on the loading deformation of the composites were discussed. The results show that the 3D six-directional braided composites with bigger braiding angle are close to isotropic characteristics, which is favorable for improving equilibrium of bearing load of the joint. The method and results can provide reference for design of the 3D shaped integral multidirectional braided composites.
