摘　　要：鼓形齿轮周向限制副是锥差式液压马达的重要部件,鼓形齿轮的加工质量直接关系到周向限制副的各项性能指标。本文介绍了鼓形齿轮联轴器的特点和应用,推导了鼓形齿轮联轴器齿轮齿面的方程,提出用成型铣刀加工鼓形齿轮联轴器齿轮齿面,根据截面形状求出对应刀具的形状。The crowned teeth gear circumferential restriction gear pair is an important part of the differential hydraulic motor with bevel gear transmission. The machining quality of the crowned teeth gear has direct influence on each performance index of the circumferential restriction gear pair. The features and application of the crowned teeth gear coupling have been described in this paper, and the equation of the gear teeth faces of the crowned teeth gear coupling has been derived, and shaping milling cutter is presented to machine the gear teeth faces of the crowned teeth coupling, and the profile of the corresponding cutter is obtained according to the cross section.
