摘  要:本研究分别通过25、30、35、40℃,持续2、4、6、8 d对20份粳型水稻品种实施处理,以确定持续高温对粳稻品种发芽和幼苗期生长发育的影响。结果表明:高温对粳型水稻品种的发芽率没有显著的影响;35℃、持续8 d和40℃的高温显著地影响成苗率;高温可以促进根、芽细胞的伸长,然而其芽在2 d,根在6 d以上的40℃高温中生长减弱停止;持续30、35、40℃的高温将导致粳稻品种根数不同程度的减少。粳稻品种的耐热性在遗传上存在差异,这为耐热性粳型水稻品种的选育提供了理论基础。The objectives of this study was to identify the effect of continuing high temperature on germination and seedling development of Japonica rice cuhivars. A total of 20 accessions of Japonica cultivars were treated under 25,30,35 and 40 cent degree for continuing 2,4,6, and 8 days respectively. The results of this study suggested that continuing high temperature would not affect germination rate for all testing cultivats. However, the successful seedling rate would be affected greatly by exposing under 35 ℃ for 8 days and 40 ℃ high temperatures. It was identified that high temperature could effectively promote plant cell elongation;however,it would be slowing down or stop ,if exposed to 40 ℃ for above 2 days and 6 days for buds and roots, respectively. The continuing high temperature could effectively reduce activities of plant cell division and resulted in less number of roots in testing materials. There were genetic differences existed in tolerance to high temperature in Japonica cultivars. Several cultivars were identified more tolerant to heat than others ,which would serve as basis for future development of Ja- ponica eultivar with heat tolerance.
