5种植物叶片不同采集时期草酸氧化酶的活性与性质

摘  要:研究了红丝线、南板蓝、紫金牛、大叶落地生根和柳叶白前5种药用植物3个采集时期的草酸氧化酶活性及部分性质,为植物材料草酸氧化酶的评估与利用提供依据。结果表明:5种不同科属植物叶片中草酸氧化酶的活性都比较高,但在不同采集时期有明显的差异;在35—60℃范围内,5种材料的草酸氧化酶的活必均具有极强的热稳定性;红丝线、紫金牛和大叶落地生根中草酸氧化酶的活性均不受胃蛋白酶以及NaCl和CaCl2抑制,具有较好的应用潜力,而南板蓝和柳叶白前中草酸氧化酶的活性受NaCl、CaCl2及胃蛋白酶抑制。Five Chinese herb species, Lycianthes biflora ( Lour. ) Bitt, Baphicanthus cusia ( Nees, ) Bremek, Ardisia japonica ( Thunb, ) Blune,Kakanchoe diagremontiana Hamet et Perril. and Cynachum stauntonii(Decne) Schltr. ex Levi, at three harvests, were chosen to study their Oxalate oxidase activity and some characteristics. The Oxalate oxidases from the above 5 plant species all showed high activities but varied significantly among harvests. The enzymes were all very stable in the range of 35 -60℃ scope,and those from Lycianthes biflora ( Lour. ) Bitt ,Ardisia japonica( Thunb. ) Blune and Kakanchoe diagremontiana Hamet et Perrll were not inhibited by NaCl and CaCl2 nor hydrolysised by pepsin, indicating high application potential. In contrast, those from Baphicanthus cusia ( Nees. ) Bremek and Cynachum stauntonii( Decne) Schltr. ex Levi were inhibited by NaCl,CaCl2 and pepsin.
