稀土等对三七及土壤中六六六、滴滴涕降解作用研究

摘  要:通过采用稀土等5种改良剂对六六六、滴滴涕污染的三七栽培土壤进行处理,而后测定三七茎叶、块根及土壤中六六六、滴滴涕的残留量。结果表明,稀土等5种改良剂对三七茎叶及块根中六六六残留具有明显的降解作用,但对土壤中六六六残留除稀土、NH3HCO3+泥碳土及NaHCO3有明显的降解作用外,NH3HCO3、腐殖酸钠只有一定的降解作用;其次,稀土等5种改良剂对三七茎叶及其栽培土壤中滴滴涕残留具有明显的降解作用,而对三七块根中滴滴涕残留除稀土、NH3HCO3+泥碳土(1∶1)及NaH-CO3有一定的降解作用外,NH3HCO3、腐殖酸钠没有降解作用。由此认为,利用稀土、NH3HCO3+泥碳土(1∶1)及NaHCO3处理六六六、滴滴涕污染土壤可以成为三七及其栽培土壤中六六六、滴滴涕残留的降解技术措施。5 ameliorants were used to deal with the polluted soil of planting Sanqi by the BHC and DDT,and the hangover contents of BHC and DDT of the Sanqi stem and leaf,earthnut and soil were determined. The result showed that 5 ameliorants had obviously depressed action on the BHC hangover content of the Sanqi stem and leaf, earthnut. But only the Rare earth, the NH3 HCO3 + Peat soil and Sodium Bicarbonate had obviously depressed action on the BHC hangover content of the soil. The NH3 HCO3 and the Humic acid Sodium salt had a little depressed action. 5 ameliorants had obviously depressed action on the DDT hangover content of the Sanqi stem and leaf,the planting soil. The Rare earth, the NH3 HCO3 + Peat soil ( 1 : 1 ) and the NaHCO3 had a little depressed action on the DDT hangover content of the Sanql earthnut. The NH3 HCO3 and the Humic acid sodium salt had not depressed action. So the Rare earth,the NH3 HCO3 + Peat soil ( 1 : 1 ) and the NaHCO3 could depress the hangover contents of BHC and DDT.
