摘　　要：广西是中国薏苡的生产区。文章报道了2002-2007年广西薏苡种质资源的考察结果，首次全面弄清广西薏苡种质资源的地理分布现状、濒危状况及成因。同时针对广西薏苡资源保存研究、开发利用滞后的现状，提出了建立原位保护系统、加强异位保存研究、强化资源鉴定评价以及加大科技研发力度等对策，以促进广西薏苡资源的可持续开发与利用。Guangxi is a main production area for Coix lacyma-jobi L. in China. In this paper,the investigation results during 2002 -2007 of job＇s tears germplasm resources in Guangxi were reported, which is the first time that the present geographical distribution of job＇ s tears germplasm resources in Guangxi, its endangered status and reasons were figured out. At the same time, according to the lagging situation of job＇ s tears resources in conservation,development and utilization,some suggestions were pointed out to promote the sustainable development and utilization for job＇ s tears resources in Guangxi,which included establishing in-situ conservation system, strengthening the research of ectopic conservation,intensifying the resources appreciation and valuation, increasing the science and technology research.
