摘 要:取20头荷斯坦种公牛,随机分为4组,单因子饲养试验设计,分别饲喂不同维生素A水平的日粮,维生素A的添加水平分别为0、10 000、20 000、40 000 IU/kg(按日粮干物质计),试验期为8个月。结果表明:不同维生素A水平对荷斯坦种公牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性影响极显著(P<0.01),对血清一氧化氮(NO)差异显著(P<0.05),对血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。综合分析不同维生素A水平下试验牛抗氧化指标的变化表明:维生素A的适宜添加量为20 000 IU/kg日粮干物质。The effects of different levels of vitamin A on blood antioxidation parameters in holstein bulls were studied. Twenty breeding holstein bulls assigned randomly to four groups were conducted to study the effect of different levels of vitamin A on blood antioxidation parameters. This experiment involved 4 dietary treatments with single factorial arrangement, four levels of vitamin A which was 0,10 000,20 000,40 000 IU/kg ( by the dry matter of the dietary). The results showed that: the effect of different levels of vitamin A on the GSH-PX, SOD, MDA and T-AOC activity of was extremely significant ( P 〈 0.01 ), that on NO was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), but that on CAT was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). All of the variety of blood antioxidation parameters analyzed in each group indicated that the optimal supplementation of vitamin A was 20 000 IU/kg by the dry matter in this experiment.
