共聚物MA-TA-AA-AM-SH的反相乳液合成及其阻垢分散性能研究

摘  要:以环己烷为分散介质,油∶水为1∶1.5,Span80-Tween80为乳化剂,过氧化氢为引发剂,以马来酸酐(MA)、牛磺酸(TA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和次亚磷酸钠(SH)为单体反相乳液合成共聚物(MA-TA-AA-AM-SH)阻垢剂。通过静态阻垢实验表明:综合经济因素,阻垢剂投加量达到10 mg/L对CaCO3、Ca3(PO4)2和CaSO4的阻垢效果较佳,分别为82.3%,95.9%和78%;在高温条件下对碳酸钙和磷酸钙分别有56.6%,68.9%较佳阻垢率;高pH、高硬度恶劣条件下对碳酸钙仍分别有40.8%,57.9%的较好阻垢率;投加量达到8 mg/L时对氧化铁的分散性能最佳,透光率为56.7%。并利用IR对其结构进行表征。该阻垢剂是一种较好耐苛刻条件的多功能阻垢分散性剂。Hexahydrobenzene is taken as the dispersion medium,the proportion of the oil: water is 1: 1.5, Span80-Tween80 is used as emulsifier and hydrogen peroxide as the initiator,polymer MA-TA-AA-AM-SH was synthesized by reverse emulsion polymerization. By scale static beaker tests, the experimental results showed that its scale inhibition efficiency against CaCO3 ,Ca3 (PO4 )2 and CaSO4 were better when its dosage is 10 mg/L,82.3% ,95.9% and 78% ;in condition of high temperature ,there are still ideal scale inhibition efficiency 56.6% ,68.9% against CaCO3 and Ca3 (PO4 )2; there are better scale inhibition efficiency 40. 8% ,57.9% against CaCO3 in bad condition of high pH,high hardness. There is the best disperse property for Fe2O3 when the dosage is 8 mg/L,light transmittance is 56.7%. Its structure was characterized by IR. The multipolymer is a good versatile scale inhibition and disperse property agent adapting to bad condition.
