摘　　要：XLA属新型聚烯烃基弹性纤维,回弹缓慢,耐化学性和耐高温性好,其加工工艺关键点是,控制好织物前处理时的缩幅。XLA弹性纤维面料经过包括前处理(缩幅、打卷、煮练、氧漂、丝光),染色和免烫整理加工。测试成品的物理指标表明,整个染整加工过程基本可参照非弹性面料的加工工艺,不会影响其固有的弹性。This paper covers wet processing of XLA elastic heaw fabric, including pretreatment of width shrinking, batching, scouring, peroxide bleaching and mercerizing, dyeing and DP finish, physical properties of end products are tested. It is said that even if technological process for non-elastic fabric is adopted, no influence will exert on elasticity of XLA fiber.
