摘　　要：对‘甜查理’草莓茎尖进行组织培养研究,建立其再生快繁体系。结果表明:(1)剥取的茎尖越大,萌发率越高;(2)暗培养3 d能够抑制褐化,提高萌发率;(3)增殖培养基:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA0.10 mg/L,增殖系数为6.13;(4)生根培养基:1/2 MS,生根率为100%,移栽到消毒过的蛭石基质,成活率为95%。The system of rapid propagation had been established by stem tip of strawberry＇Sweet charlie＇. The results showed that the best media or treatment for various stages were as follows： （1）The larger the stem tips, the higher the survival rate; （2）Darkness treatment for 3 d could inhibit browning rate and increase survival rate; （3）Proliferation medium： MS＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.10 mg/L,in which the proliferation coefficient was 6.13; （4）Rooting medium： 1/2 MS, in which the rooting rate reached 100% and transplanted plants with root to substrate of vermiculite disinfected,the surviving rate was up to 95%.
