摘　　要：当前我国仍处于刑事犯罪高发期,严重影响社会治安稳定的各类犯罪仍经常发生。为有效保证人民的生命和财产的安全,必须将现代电子、通信、信息技术、微型计算机技术和多媒体技术及其产品应用于防劫、防盗、防暴、电视监控、出入口控制、周界防范等以安全技术防范为目的的系统,即安全技术防范系统,以预防和打击犯罪、维护社会治安。Currently crimes still occur in China at high frequency, which has greatly affected the social order and stability. In order to effectively protect people＇s life and property, it＇s necessary to apply modern electronics, communications, information technology, micro-computer technology and multimedia technology and products to countermeasure technology security systems that can be used for robbery, theft and violence prevention, TV monitoring, entrance control, perimeter security precaution, etc. Such a security system Can help to prevent and combat crimes and maintain social order.
