摘  要:在冠突伪尾柱虫生理改组过程中,口器发生分波动膜形成和口围带重建两方面独立进行。前者发生包容了旧波动膜解聚、胞咽壁新产生和左列腹棘毛解体等三个部位的毛基粒;后者重建则由口围带原基新分化的小膜、经过裁剪修饰后的旧翻领部和领部三者拼接整合而成。新小膜的添加与旧小膜的减少二者之间所达致的平衡保证了生理改组后口围带结构的稳定性。During stomatogenesis of physiological reorganization in the hypotrich ciliate Pseudourostyla cristata,a new primordium of adoral zone of membranelles(AZM) always forms and connects with the old AZM to make a new one.But,it is not clear that how the AZM structure keeps stationary and why the number of membranelles does not increase unlimitedly after repeated morphogenesis.The purpose of this work is to clarify some details of the AZM development during reorganization.Stocks 28 and 46 of P.cristata were used,and cells were stained with protargol technique for this investigation.The result show that the new AZM is generatd from three parts:1)the membranelles newly assembled by the AZM primordium which merges with the posterior end of the old AZM to from a lapel complex;2)the old lapel remade by cutting out about 20 membranelles from the anterior section and by modifying about 10 ones from the rest into the collar membranelles;and 3) the old collar whose 3 7 membranelles on both sides have degenerated.As a result of increasing some new membranelles and decreasing some old ones,the membranelle number of AZM follwong reorganization is controlled in an appropriate range.Besides in physiological reorganization,this developemental programming of “addition and subtraction” is observed in morphogenesis of the proters during the binary division and exconjugants in the 3rd and 4th conrtical reorganizations during sexual reproduction in P.cristate.Application of the similar mode and sequence to three difference events of development suggests the simplificaiton of genetical system in the evolution of P.cristata,which is convenient for the genetic control.
