摘　　要：针对国家建设社会主义新农村的战略构想和农村文化安全形势的现状,分析了影响农村文化建设尤其是文化安全的国内与国际因素,指出要消除不利因素的影响,改变农村严峻的文化安全形势,必须从宏观(国家)与微观(乡村基层)2个层面来加强农村文化建设,构筑农村文化安全屏障。Since the strategy of building a new socialist countryside concept has been put forward, the rural cultural construction, especially the building of a cultttre of safety have been a notable enhancement, however, rural cultural security situation is not optimistic. This article analysed the factors from both at home and abroad affecting the rural culture construction and the cultural safety. To eliminate the impact of unfavorable factors, Changing the rural culture security situation, we must strengthen the building of rural culture from the both. macro sphere（National） and micro sphere（Village）, build a safety barriers of culture in rural areas.
