新型复合絮凝剂处理磷化废水的实验研究

摘  要:用一种新型复合絮凝剂处理高浓度磷化废水获得较好结果。实验结果表明,对于磷化废水磷酸盐质量浓度高达158mg/L时,通过控制磷化废水的pH、絮凝剂的投加量及沉淀时间等参数,出水磷酸盐质量浓度小于0.5mg/L,达到国家综合污水排放一级标准,磷的去除率达99.5%,分别较氯化铁和硫酸铝等传统絮凝剂的磷去除率提高17.4%和15.2%;同时,磷化废水中的COD和SS的去除率也能达到78.6%和83.6%,絮凝剂及其处理成本均明显低于传统絮凝剂,具有明显的经济与环境效益。The better result was got from treating phosphorus - cotaining wastewater using a noval composite flocculant. The experimental results shewed that the concentration of phosphorus in the wastewate was able to reduce to 0.5 mg/L from 158 mg/L by controlling pH, dosage of flocculant and sedimention time. This result came up to the national standard of discharged wastewater. The removal effciency of phosphate of this flocculant reached to 99.5% , which was enhanced by 17.4% and 15. 2% respectively, compared with the conventional flocculants such as FeC13and A12 (SO4)3. Moreover, the removal efficiency of COD and SS was able to reach to 78.6% and 83.6% respectively, and the cost of this focculant was cheaper than that of conventional flocculants, so it had obvious economic and environgmantal benefit.
