抗性早熟颗粒对性早熟SD大鼠模型雌二醇的调节作用

摘　　要：目的 研究抗性早熟颗粒对特发性性早熟模型大鼠雌二醇的调节作用。方法 将出生4d内SD大鼠分为4组、药物组动物5～8日龄皮下注射达那唑300μg。药物组在15日龄时开始灌喂抗性早熟颗粒，正常组予等量的自来水。26日龄开始断奶。15d后每日观察阴道开口情况并进行阴道涂片，等到性周期稳定后的第一个发情前期时采样，观察SD大鼠血清E2分泌情况及子宫卵巢的脏器系数。结果 和正常组比较，模型组SD大鼠的阴门开启和建立性周期的时间提前，药物组SD大鼠与正常组无差异；各组的子宫脏器系数无差异；卵巢脏器系数模型组最高，药物组与正常组无明显差异；模型组E2最高，药物组控制效果与药物浓度呈正比，其E2水平与正常组无显著性差异。结论 抗性早熟颗粒药对性早熟模型SD大鼠有治疗作用，能延迟SD大鼠阴道开口平均日龄，降低卵巢脏器系数，控制E2过度升高，延缓性发育。Objective It is to investigate the Regulative function of resisting sexual precocity granule （RSPG） on estradiol （ E2 ） in the model rat of idiopathic sexual precocity. Methods The SD rats which were born with in four days were divided into 4 groups, The rats of model group and drug group were hypodermical injection of 300μg Danazol from the fifth day to the eighth day. The rats of drug group were dosed with RSPG in fifteen days old. The rats in normal group were dosed with aequales tap water. They were weaned when they were twenty-six days old. After 15 days, the debouch of vagina was observed everyday, and the vaginal smear was executed. Sampling action was completed when the first early empathema after stabilizing of the sex cycle among every group. The externalization of E2 were observed and the organ coefficient was computed in all groups. Results Compare with the normal group, the time of valva opening and to setting the sex cycle of the SD rats in model group were advanced. And the time of drug group was no difference compare with normal group. The womb coefficient was no difference in all groups. The ovaries coefficient of model group was highest, but there was no difference betwen drug group and normal group. The E2 level of model group was highest; the controlling effect and drug level are direct proportion in drug group, and the level of E2 was no significant deviation compare with normal group. Conclusion The RSPG is effective to the SD rat with sexual precosity. It can delay the age of vagina opening of SD rat, lower the ovaries coefficient, prevent E2 from stepping up over, and postpone the sex development.
