摘  要:本文通过对中国大陆境内安徽、湖南、湖北和云南4地日本血吸虫的蛋白质组分、同工酶多态性进行分析表明:1梯度SDS、IEF电泳结果均显示4地日本血吸虫雌雄虫的蛋白条带相同,说明在蛋白质组分上可能是相同的。2同工酶电泳显示4地血吸虫雌雄虫在CO酶谱上无差别,即没有多态性表现。在GPI、ACP和G6PDH上显示了雌雄虫间的酶谱略有差异,但不同地理株同性虫体间未显示差异,说明在雌雄虫间可能存在基因位点的多态性,在PGM和MDH的同工酶谱上则表现出既有雌雄虫间的不同,也有不同地理株间的差异,表现4地日本血吸虫雌雄虫和不同地理株间有基因位点的多态性表现。Electrophoretic comparison of worm proteins and isoenzymes were given on 4 geographical strains of Schistosoma japonicum collected from Anhui,Hunan,Hubei and Yunan Provinces,China.Results showed similar protein bands in gradient SDS and isoelectrofacusing (IEF) patterns between male and female worms of the 4 districts.Isoenzyme staining in electrofocusing revealed no difference in CO pattern between schistosomes of the 4 districts in both sexes.While in GPI,ACP and G 6PDH isoenzymes,slight differences between male and female worms were observed with no difference between geographical strains.Whereas in zymogram PGM and MDH,differences between sexes and strains were demonstrated,thus further suggesting the possible existence of genetic polymorphism between male and female worms as well as geographical strains of the mainland S.japonicum .
