摘　　要：目的研究鼓浪屿疗养地自然疗养因子对亚健康的治疗作用。方法利用鼓浪屿的气候、环境景观、海水浴等自然疗养因子对亚健康人群进行保健治疗。结果通过良好的疗养,长期积累形成的躯体和身心疲劳得到明显改善。结论鼓浪屿自然疗养因子对改善亚健康状态十分有利。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the natural convalescent factors in Gulangyu recuperation area on the sub-health. Methods The natural convalescent factors such as climate, environmental scenery and sea bath in Gulangyu recuperation area were used for the health care treatment of the sub-health population. Results The long time accumulated physical and psychological fatigue were improved by the nice recuperation. Conclusion The natural convalescent factors in Gulangyu recuperation area are very healthy for the sub-health status.
