摘  要:在150 kg和50 kg氧化镁坩埚真空感应炉上进行X120管线钢(%:0.03~0.04C、1.98~2.05Mn、≤0.9(Cr+Mo+Nb+V+Ti)的脱氧和脱硫试验。结果表明,通过控制碳氧反应用碳脱氧和控制冶炼温度避免炉衬分解,可使钢中氧含量≤20×10^(-6);在碳脱氧条件下,采用CaO-BaO-CaF_2系精炼渣,可使钢中硫含量≤0.002%。通过扫描电镜观察发现,钢中存在来源于坩埚的≤5μmMgo夹杂。The test of deoxidation and desulphurization of X120 pipeline steel - 0. 03 - 0. 04C, 1.98 - 2. 05Mn, 0. 9( Cr + Mo + Nb + V + Ti) has been carried out by 150 kg and 50 kg vacuum induction furnaces with magnesium oxide crucible. Results showed that with controlling carbon-oxygen reaction using carbon for deoxidiza tion and controlling melting temperature to avoid furnace lining decomposition, the oxygen content in steel was ≤20 × 10^-6 and with CaO-BaO-CaF2 refining slag the sulphur content in steel was ≤0. 002%. It was found by scanning electron microscope that there was ≤5μm MgO inclusions in steel which originated from crucible.
