摘 要:用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X-射线仪分析和研究了1.72C-11.81Cr-0.40Mo钢渗硼层组织和元素含量的变化。结果表明,渗硼层由白亮的硼化区(FeB相-Fe_2B相)和黑白相间的过渡区组成;硼化区前端存在大量形状不规则的岛屿状含硼碳化物。渗硼层中存在B、C、Al、Si、Mo、Cr、Fe等元素,硼化物前端的B、Cr、Fe含量分别为11.48%、36.49%和32.23%,过渡区的B、Cr、Fe含量分别为8.07%、7.04%和77.21%,而Mo含量几乎没有变化。渗硼层中Cr、Mo以碳化物形式存在,Al、Si存在于缺陷处或高碳区中。The change of structure and element content in boronizing layer of steel 1.72C-11.81Cr-0. 40Mo has been analyzed and studied by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray analyzer. Results showed that the boronizing layer consisted of white-bright boronizing zone (phase FeB-phase Fe2B ) and black alternating with white transition zone; there was a lot of irregular island B bearing carbides; and there were the elements such as B,C, Al, Si, Mo, Cr, Fe in boronizing layer, the B, Cr and Fe content at front of boride in boronizing layer was 11.48% , 36.49% and 32.23% respectively while the B, Cr and Fe content in transition zone was 8.07%, 7.04% and 77.21% respectively, but the Mo content was almost no change. The Cr and Mo existed in boronizing layer by carbides form, and Al and Si existed at defect or high carbon area in boronizing layer.
