摘　　要：分析了目前印染行业的能耗和污染现状,提出要想完成"十一五"节能减排任务,必须积极推广采用染整新工艺、新技术和新设备。为此介绍了松堆丝光工艺、涂料染色新工艺、微正压汽封汽蒸箱、高温高压气流染色机和低温练漂助剂等节能减排新成果的概况。The current status of energy consumption and pollution in the dyeing and finishing industry is introduced. In order to finish the task of energy saving and pollution reduction, new achievements are presented in energy saving and pollution reduction as loose piling mercerization, new process of pigment dyeing, slight positive pressure steamer, HTHP airflow dyer and low temperature scouring and bleaching agents.
