摘 要:对天然生长、人工栽培的云南红豆杉林木及云南红豆杉扦插苗203个小枝叶样的6种紫杉烷类物质含量进行了检测,进而对此6种紫杉烷类物质含量间的相关关系进行了分析。结果表明:云南红豆杉枝叶中的6种紫杉烷类物质总体含量较高,其合计含量达0.514 g.kg-1,其中以10-DAB的含量最高,占其总量的51.36%,而紫杉醇的含量排在第三,为总量的12.06%;云南红豆杉枝叶的6种紫杉烷类物质的含量间,均为正相关关系,多数相关系数都在α=0.01的水平上显著。据此,建立了云南红豆杉枝叶中10-DAB及紫杉醇的含量与其他5种紫杉烷类物质含量间的直线回归方程,用以预测其他5种紫杉烷类物质的含量。Using the detection results of 6 kinds of taxanes in 203 branch and leave samples of Taxus walliehiana, the correlation between different components of these 6 kinds of taxanes was analyzed. The study results showed that the content of taxanes in Taxus wallichiana were relatively high, achieved 0. 514 g/kg, among which, the content of 10-DAB was the highest, accounted for 51.36 % , the content of taxol ranked 3, accounted for 12.06 %. The contents of 6 different taxanes in branches and leaves were positively correlated, mostly in the level of a = 0.01. Linear regression equations between the contents of 10-DAB and other five components, and the contents of taxol and other five components were established, to calculate the contents of five taxanes.
