摘  要:在云南省一平浪林区接受改造的次生林内进行了应用草甘磷毒杀乔木树种麻栎、柞木、栓皮栎、银荆及灌木树种锁梅、杨梅、乌饭、粗糠柴伐桩的除萌试验。草甘磷为灭生性、内吸传导型除草剂,用以涂抹次生林改造过程中所砍伐清除乔灌木树桩,能有效地毒杀其伐桩,使之丧失萌发的活力。通过试验探索出草甘磷毒杀致死此8种乔、灌木树种伐桩的涂抹剂量与伐桩直径的相关性,建立了相关的回归方程。其研究结果为次生林改造中应用草甘磷除萌提供了科学依据。Experiments were conducted in secondary forest for improvement in Yipinglang forest district in Yunnan province to test the effects of glyphosate of eliminating stump sprouting of tree species of Qnercus acutissima, Xylosma racemosum , Q. variablils and Acacia dealbata , and shrub species of Rubus parvifolius , Myrica rubra , Vaccinium bracteatum and Mallotus Philippines. Glyphosate is a destructive and systemic herbicide, which could effectively eliminate the germination of stumps. In accordance with the experimental results, the correlation between the lethal doses of glyphosate and diameters of stumps was explored, and the regression equations were established.
